Ask Cromagh!

Are you a gamer with problems?

Had a falling out with your friends? Had an argument with your mate? The boss giving you trouble? Not sure which job opportunity to pursue? Or are you having a hard time deciding what to buy as a birthday or anniversary present?

Who better to ask for advice than a half-orc mercenary?

Let Cromagh guide you through the troubled waters of modern life, with the kind of homespun, old-fashioned wisdom that has guided dozens of adventuring parties through countless ruined temples, tombs, and dungeons!

Forget about psychic hotlines and self-help books! Who understands a gamer's needs and desires better than a 12th-level half-orc barbarian with Power Attack?

Send your questions to AskCromagh@thegamemechanics.com, and the one and only Cromagh will personally respond to every letter (every letter that makes him laugh, anyway).*

About Cromagh

Cromagh is a half-orc barbarian with years of hands-on experience in the world of adventure and advice. Born in the verdant northwest region, Cromagh pursued an idyllic life of hunting, fishing, pillaging, and looting before joining the mercenary band of Duke Arnaud the Deposed. His service under the Duke taught Cromagh the value of practical, no-nonsense leadership—as well as an appreciation for the finer things in life that the spoils of war can buy.

It is this mercenary mentality that serves Cromagh in his role as an adventurer and self-proclaimed "freelance philosopher." Cromagh's experiences in military campaigns and dungeoneering expeditions has given him an unusual, if not unique view of the world around him. And it has taught him what is and isn't important in the grand scheme of things: a battle scar with an interesting story behind it; more treasure than Cromagh can carry; and hearty companions to help Cromagh carry more treasure.

Cromagh and JD Wiker are the authors of Cromagh's Guide to Goblinoids, now available on RPGNow.com.

* Yes, we know that barbarians can't read and write. But Cromagh is a surprisingly literate illiterate.
